ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative for Marcy McAnally - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between the customer and State Farm’s billing, claims and agency departments. You promote customer retention by proactively servicing the customer while building trust and meaningful relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, claim activity, responding to Underwriting requests and providing billing clarification.
Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
Contacting customers on past due bills as well as processing incoming payments.
Assisting the sales team with administrative functions.
Direct incoming calls and in-person customers to the proper associate.
Place orders and maintain office supplies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in managing client relationships.
Experience in understanding billing systems and researching & resolving billing issues.
Ability to organize and prioritize work.
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
Dedicated to customer service, with specific attention to detail and accuracy
Able to anticipate customer needs.
Able to effectively relate to customers with both empathy and compassion
Compensation: $41,600.00 per year
